Information about ISO 9001

What is it?

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard specifying requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). The ISO 9001 certificate is recognized and widely used worldwide.

The system provides guidelines for creating rules and procedures necessary to deliver products and services that meet customer and legal requirements.

It covers key areas such as customer Focus, leadership and employee involvement, planning, implementation, and monitoring of processes and continuous improvement.

Organizations with ISO 9001 certification demonstrate that their products and services meet defined requirements, which helps attract more customers.

The system is compatible with other management systems (e.g., ISO 14001), and thanks to the Annex SL structure, integration is more efficient.

Structure

The structure of the ISO 9001:2015 standard is aligned with the requirements of the Annex SL document. The ISO 9001:2015 system is compatible with other management systems, such as ISO 14001:2015, which makes the integration of management systems more efficient.
